Bec is all about form, fun and strength - with a side of "how is this so hard?" energy? She started as Tori's client before becoming Tori's very first instructor and has been helping shape the Peaches Method ever since. Her sessions aren't just workouts, they're experiences and they're made even more special with her furry side-kick Hux who loves an online cameo.

Bec is known for helping you really tune into your body while nudging you past your comfort zone. She loves to blend classic Pilates with strength training in her own signature way, turning simple bridges, squats and ab curls into movements that hit a lot deeper than expected - all while having a chat along the way.

Think old-school coach when you need a push, warm hug when you need reassurance and the kind of trainer who makes you realise "you can do hard things"

  • Deep Pilates Burn

    Bec sets your booty on fire with this 30 minute Pilates class. This signature Peaches style workout has a strong focus on all three glute muscles - grab your ankle weights if you have them but still expect a deep burn if you don't.

  • Slide and Burn

    Join Bec for 30 minute Pilates workout using the sliding discs. A full body workout with moves you might find on a reformer but on the mat there is no where to hide.

    Another 10 minute chipper with Bec that you're going to love. Do this before a walk or run to warm up and work the abs. It's also great to squeeze into your day if ten minutes is all you have. No equipment necessary to for this quickie that burns!

    Another Chipper inspired workout. This speedy but spicy workout with Bec focus' on using heavier resistance and strengthening your entire body.

  • Arms x Abs

    If you know Bec, you'll know she loves working the upper body and core and this workout does just that. Grab your thera band and get ready to feel the burn in the abs and arms - but also focus on the important muscles in the upper back that strengthen your posture.

  • Boxing Chipper 1

    Bec brings you a chipper workout - boxing style! Broken up into two components of strength and cardio, repeated twice - all we can say, is get ready to feel the burn and see the sweat. A full body workout using 1kg hand weights and sliding discs (optional). Have fun Peach!
