    A chipper is five different exercises - reps of 50,40,30,20,10 and then back up again. Join Milly for a short and sharp cardio burst that is a great addition to a Pilates class if you're looking to break a sweat.

    Get ready to sweat out with Bec in this 25 minutes Cardio Circuit. A full body workout spread out over six exercises with three rounds each. No equipment needed for this heart racer.

    This 40 minute cardio Pilates workout is filled with lengthening and strengthening moves. You will be sweating in no time with this full body workout focusing on using Pilates moves at a faster pace.

    This 25 minute boxing workout combines the cardio that comes from boxing and some strength exercises to make sure you get a workout that ticks all boxes. Grab your hand weights and get ready to sweat and to feel a burn in your arms, abs and legs!!

  • Boxing Shred

    Bec’s specialty class - Boxing Sweat! See why B’s boxing classes are so loved in our Sydney studios. This is a cardio based workout, using 1kg dumbbells. Get ready for high reps and a sweaty finisher!

  • Boxing X Arms

    Get ready for this killer upper body session with B - boxing combined with her favourite arm toning moves!
    You'll need 2 x 1kg dumbbells and some water.

  • Boxing Waist Booty

    Not a boxing connoisseur? Neither is Tori! Have fun in this workout, knowing that you can still get a great burn on, without being an expert. This class has a special mix of boxing for cardio, and Tori’s favourite Pilates moves to target the waist and booty.

  • Boxing Abs

    Join Bec for a boxing sesh - with a special focus on the core. Get your combos popping, and then burn on the mat with a signature Abs series!
