Welcome to our Breathwork Fundamentals series with Rory Warnock. Rory is an expert on breathing - a performance coach and an Ultramarathon runner. This 10 part series will give you the basic information you need to start your breathwork journey. Just like any other practice your breathing can be improved through training for more functional, optimal performance.
We'll start with a couple of tests and then move into specific practices to improve the way you breathe. All of these videos are short and sharp but you can repeat them as often as you need.
