Poppy’s classes are incredibly intentional. She has a cheeky way of taking what looks like a simple movement and turning it into a challenge that sneaks up on you very quickly. She also has a special knack for making tough classes feel achievable, guiding you through deep burns, layered progressions and those moments when you’re wondering why time suddenly feels like it’s moving so slow.

Poppy is also a self-confessed programming nerd who puts serious thought into every class she creates - which has shaped her training philosophy of quality over quantity. Poppy's love of strong cues and good form means you’ll feel supported every step of the way - something that stems from her background as a personal trainer and her genuine passion for helping clients move well and feel confident doing it.   • Upper Body Burner

    Using light handweights this 30 minute class has a strong focus on your posture and Pilates moves that target the muscles in your arms and back you usually forget about - until now.

  • Legs On Fire

    Whether you have a yoga block or not it doesn't matter - this 20 minutes class goes way beyond your quads. Say hello to your inner thighs and booty as you move through some very humbling Pilates exercies.

    This 30 minute workout switches your core all the way on. Expect a deep flexion series on the Pilates ball, followed by targeted waist work of course.

  • Booty Work

    Strap on an ankle weight for this 25 minute booty class. A mix of classic 4-point kneeling and standing work - because you're quickly learn Poppy is very much the standing queen.
