Train with Bec
Bec is all about form, fun and strength - with a side of "how is this so hard?" energy? She started as Tori's client before becoming Tori's very first instructor and has been helping shape the Peaches Method ever since. Her sessions aren't just workouts, they're experiences and they're made even more special with her furry side-kick Hux who loves an online cameo.
Bec is known for helping you really tune into your body while nudging you past your comfort zone. She loves to blend classic Pilates with strength training in her own signature way, turning simple bridges, squats and ab curls into movements that hit a lot deeper than expected - all while having a chat along the way.
Think old-school coach when you need a push, warm hug when you need reassurance and the kind of trainer who makes you realise "you can do hard things"
