    A very un-dancey barre inspired workout you can do from home! Grab a chair and get moving - designed for super fast results in toning your lower body - especially the PEACH! Be ready to shake!

    Pilates fused with a dumbbell workout - pregnancy safe but designed for total body toning - everyone will feel the burn with this one!

  • Boxing Waist Booty

    Not a boxing connoisseur? Neither is Tori! Have fun in this workout, knowing that you can still get a great burn on, without being an expert. This class has a special mix of boxing for cardio, and Tori’s favourite Pilates moves to target the waist and booty.

  • Full Body Zen

    Time to switch off! Join us for a slow stretch class releasing the most important muscles and joints when it comes to back pain and posture. Great for your mental health too - let’s Zen out!

  • Peaches Pilates 1

    Our trademark 30 minute workout for the whole body, using the Peaches method. If you thought Pilates was either too easy or boring - think again! This workout is a full body workout with a special focus on the booty, abs and waist.

  • Power Pilates 2

    Tori is back with another round of Power Pilates - using a dumbbell. We recommend a 3kg weight - but feel free to go higher to increase the burn - or lower, if you’re new to resistance. Get ready to work!

    A how-to stretch video to release your body after a workout OR a long working day. Perfect for those who struggle with back pain after hours spent at a desk.
