CIRCUIT:
*Warm up*
10 x Squats (with optional shoulder presses )
10 x Deadlift
10 x Step ups, each leg
10 x Side to elbow horse kicks
10 x Horse kicks with opposite arm extension
10 x Pelvic curls, into 10 heel raises, 10 pulses
Repeat 3 -5 times
