The Pilates Corset is a 14-day core series designed by Laura and Sophie to make your centre show up in everything you do. All 14 workouts are brand new, filmed just for this series.
When we say Pilates Corset, we’re talking about your deep core muscles - transverse abs, obliques, pelvic floor and breath - all working together to create that strong, zipped-up feeling through your waist.
You'll experience core work that switches on your abs before you even move. Your waist will feel it, your posture will thank you, and as always your booty will be getting involved.
