Five workouts a week, all simple and effective, designed to help you to continue to build real strength, feel confidence and support a realistic routine. Just show up and move your body!
Over 21 days, you’ll move through a steady progression of strength and signature Peaches classes that will challenge your stability. The focus is consistency - showing up for yourself in small, meaningful ways. Each week we’ll build gradually, adding challenge without overwhelm. The aim isn’t to go harder - it’s to feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected to your body as the weeks unfold.
