November Challenge

3 Seasons

Strong & Steady is your 21 day reset - a gentle but powerful nudge to stay consistent as we enter "that" time of year. Over 21 days, you’ll move through a steady progression of strength and signature Peaches classes that will challenge your stability. The focus is consistency - showing up for yourself in small, meaningful ways. Each week we’ll build gradually, adding challenge without overwhelm. The aim isn’t to go harder - it’s to feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected to your body as the weeks unfold.
