Your July Challenge Has Arrived!!

It’s winter in Oz, it’s dark, and it's so much harder to get moving. But we’re not letting you slip into hibernation mode. This July, we’re moving for the strength, support, and posture that carries you through your day.

Over the next four weeks, we’re building strength that sets you up for progression:
PEACH for firing up and activating your booty.
POWER for full body strength workouts
POSTURE for upper body strength, mobility and support.

With this consistent training structure curated by our experienced Head Trainer Bec - you'll be hitting every muscle group, every week and giving back with recover and mobility! YOU'RE WELCOME!

Day 1 - Power Pilates (Full Body)
Day 2 - Strength (Booty/Legs)
Day 3 - Pilates (Posture/Core)
Day 4 - Power Pilates (Core/Cardio)
Day 5 - Pilates (Booty/Abs/Waist)
Day 6 - Recovery (Posture/Stretch/Mobility)

This isn’t about staying warm this winter - it’s about getting strong and consistent. Remember strength doesn’t just look good. It feels even better.

    Episode 1

    Another Posture Hero class with Tori. Designed to release your upper back and give your core and booty a burn. A restorative class, on the gentler side - great for after long periods of sitting - such as a flight or a day at the office.
