Our barre classes are a great way to mix it up and focus on building strength and control in your legs and core. You definitely don't need a ballet barre. A high backed chair or counter will do.

    Join our Barre Queen Laura for a Barre burn that requires no previous ballet experience. This workout is a favourite online and in studios as you are guided through moves that strengthen and lengthen your legs by using the barre or chair or balcony rail or kitchen bench.

    Join Laura for a 30 minute Barre class that has a strong focus on the legs, arms and core. We suggest 1-2kg hand weights for this one. Good news is we don't do "Dancy Barre" classes so co-ordination is not required - have fun and get ready to feel the burn Peach!

  • Sweat At The Barre

    Who knew you could sweat so much in 20 minutes. Laura guides you through a high intensity, low impact Barre workout using 1kg hand weights. You'll use the barre/chair to focus on your legs and then speed things up a bit with some cardio moves. Enjoy the sweat Peach, your endorphins await you!

  • Cardio Barre

    Grab your chair Peach and get ready to sweat and shake with Sarah in this killer Barre workout. You'll need your hand weights as Sarah tries to distract you with some upper body work while dominating your legs. Don't say we didn't warn you.

  • Barre & Arm Burn

    Our Barre Queen is back with a killer 20 minute class. Grab your 1kg hand weights and chair and get ready to feel the burn. Laura uses the chair to target your legs and glutes and uses the hand weights and mat work to strength and tone your upper body.

  • Booty & Barre Basics

    Join Milly for a Barre -without the barre - inspired workout. This 20 minute class focus' on the boot - starting on the floor and finishing with a spicy standing series.

  • Express Barre Burn

    This is the energy fix - or kick up the butt - that you need on those days when you simply feel MEH! Join Tori for an express barre burn using the Pilates ball. You can use a chair, railing or kitchen bench as a barre ;)

    Suitable for trimester 1 of pregnancy.

    This workout is your typical breaker when we add core to a barre workout. Milly takes to the floor with a 20 minute killer ab burn and switches on all the muscles in your midsection.

  • Mama Barre Burn

    Join Lauren for a post natal barre burn! This class was filmed with c-section mamas in mind, but is designed to be enjoyed by anyone!

  • Most Loved Live - Barre Burn with Bec 27/11

    This Barre Burn requires NO co-ordination or dance skills. Bec uses the chair/barre as a tool to work the legs and get them shaking. This workout focus' on the legs and arms using a Pilates ball and 1kg hand weights.
