This calendar begins from week 30 and is a guide, not a bible. We believe variety is key which is why we include all of our signature workouts and exercise styles - Pilates, strength, cardio, stretching and more. Every second week we give you a chance to revisit prescribed classes so you can work on your form. please remember to take the suggested modifications and remove resistance tools as needed.

  • Prenatal Calendar Weeks 30 - 38

  • Peaches Pilates 3

    Episode 1

    Tori's trademark 30 minute workout for the whole body, using the Peaches Pilates method. This workout will have a strong focus on the booty and waist using a Pilates Ball - plus, it's pregnancy safe!

  • Boxing X Arms

    Episode 2

    Get ready for this killer upper body session with B - boxing combined with her favourite arm toning moves!
    You'll need 2 x 1kg dumbbells and some water.

  • Baby On Board - Total Body 19/04/21

    Episode 3

    **Pelvic Pain Sisters - this class has a small side horse kick included, you may need to skip this exercise, listen to you body**

  • Power Circuit 6

    Episode 4

    Join Tori for a 30 minute circuit style class - using dumbbells. We recommend anywhere from 3 - 5kg. You'll focus on the legs, booty and upper body.

  • Pre Natal Stretch

    Episode 5

    Release those tight and aching muscles from pregnancy symptoms with Bec's Prenatal Stretch class.
