This four week program is here to take the guesswork out of your workouts and keep you showing up. You’ll find six workouts each week, thoughtfully programmed with a mix of strength, Pilates, body focus classes and even a little cardio - basically, everything your body needs to feel strong and energised.

Think of it as your Peaches studio schedule, just online. These classes are selected for a reason, so all you need to do is press play and get moving. You can follow it start to finish, dip in when life gets busy or use it as your go-to weekly structure. Go get em Peach!

  • Leg Day With Bec

    Episode 1

This 30 minute workout focus' on movements that combine using the upper body and core together giving you the ultimate burn.   • Total Body Strength With Poppy

    Episode 4

    Poppy's working her A/B style - pairing upper and lower body movements to build strength from head to toe. Poppy uses a cocktail of weights here as she takes you through deadlifts, squats, rows, push-ups and bicep curls and more - classic strength exercises that do exactly what they’re meant to do.

    Episode 5

    A 35 minute creative Pilates flow with a yoga block that’ll challenge your balance, burn your booty and strengthen your core - all in the best ways.

  • Take A Breath

    Episode 6

    In just 20 minutes, you’ll slow things down with intentional breathwork designed to calm your nervous system, followed by gentle seated and reclined stretches to help tension melt away. You’ll finish with a soothing guided meditation to quiet the noise in your mind and bring you back to yourself....
