  • POWER PILATES 4

    Episode 1

    Pilates fused with a dumbbell workout - pregnancy safe but designed for total body toning - everyone will feel the burn with this one!

  • Strong legs

    Episode 2

    Join Milly for a STRONG LEGS session. Equipment free, harnessing the power of classic Pilates moves to lengthen, strengthen and tone.

  • Strong Core

    Episode 3

    Spend 30 minutes on the mat with Sarah for her speciality - the core! Using the Pilates ball this workout will focus on all the different muscles that make up your abdominals. Get ready to feel a DEEEEEEP burn with this one!

  • COREset On Fire

    Episode 4

    This is a classic Pilates workout using signature Peaches moves to target your core and waist. Get ready to to harness your Pilates corset as Tori takes you through a 30 minute burn using the Pilates ball.

  • 30, 20,10 Arm Challenge

    Episode 5

    Join Tori for another 30,20,10 Challenge - this time, it's arms! Grab a pair of dumbbells - or two sets if you'd like to go heavier on certain moves, and let's get through the reps together. We recommend a pair of 3 - 5 kgs.
