Bec brings you an equipment free booty workout designed to show you how effective Pilates without resistance can be. Using only your body weight allows you to develop body awareness allowing you to connect with the muscles your targeting whilst lengthening them at the same time. Sure you can add an ankle weight but I guarantee this will fire up your toosh without anything but you and your mat in just 20 minutes.
