Each week is dedicated to honing in on either your upper body or lower body, helping you build strength, body awareness and mobility - plus we've made sure to serve up a side of cardio to keep you warm this Winter ;)

Here's what to expect week by week:
Weeks 1 & 3:
Sculpt your Legs, Booty and Waist with a side of mobility and stretching
Weeks 2 & 4:
Strengthen your Arms and Abs, improve your Posture, and boost your Cardio fitness.

  • Peaches Pilates 12

    Episode 1

    A 30 minute signature Peaches Pilates workout for the whole body. This workout will have a strong focus on the booty and waist and is completely equipment free!
    - Not for pregnancy

  • Barre Burn 3

    Episode 2

    A signature Laura Barre Burn - get ready for those legs to shake - all you need is a chair!
    - Pregnancy safe.

  • Balance Your Booty

    Episode 3

    Sarah is living proof that you don't need to do 'cardio' to break a bit of a sweat... you know that 'It burns so much, I'm starting to drip!' style class?This 30 minute Pilates workout focus' on improving your balance and strengthening your glutes and waist. You will need your Pilates ball.

  • Power To The Waist

    Episode 4

    Join Bec for a 30 minute workout where she uses both dumbbells and an ankle weight to target the waist with an added arm burn. You'll move through a series of Peaches Pilates exercises but use added resistance to really strengthen and tone your Pilates corset - you're welcome.

  • Power Booty

    Episode 5

    Join Tori for a resistance based workout dedicated to the PEACH! This is a great workout to take to the gym with you - feel free to up the kgs on your dumbbells, but always remember, form over weight!

  • Lower Body Release

    Episode 6

    Welcome to a beautiful lower body release class that your body will thank you for. During the class you will open up through the hips, release the glutes and work on mobility. Some days this is the only kind of movement our body desires. Enjoy Peach!
