  • Block Party Pilates

    Episode 1

    A 35 minute creative Pilates flow with a yoga block that’ll challenge your balance, burn your booty and strengthen your core - all in the best ways.

  • Power Booty

    Episode 2

    Join Tori for a resistance based workout dedicated to the PEACH! This is a great workout to take to the gym with you - feel free to up the kgs on your dumbbells, but always remember, form over weight!

  • Abs Blast 7

    Episode 3

    Join Laura for a 35 minute KILLER BURN. No equipment needed - just you, your abs, and your mental ability to get through ;)

  • Strong With Bec

    Episode 4

    Let's get lifting Peach! Join Bec for a Power workout that involves a circuit style class with a touch of Pilates using 2 x 3-5kg dumbbells. With a strong focus on the the legs and arms you'll be sure to feel this in the days to come.

  • Arms by Alberto

    Episode 5

    It's time for Arms By Alberto! 20 minutes of upper body to leave you feeling stronger and standing taller. Let's go!

  • Feel Good Stretch

    Episode 6

    Join Laura for a 20 minute stretch you need in your life. This class focus' on releasing your glutes, hips and waist - the Peachy areas. Recovery is a crucial part of your exercise routine so add this to your favourites and thank us later.
