We're spicing up the last month of winter in Oz with our August Energy Boost Program! 
This month, we're all about shaking off those winter blues and getting ready to spring into Spring. Our Head Trainer Bec has carefully selected a series of energising workouts designed to get your endorphins flowing and warm up your body. With this program, you'll not only boost your energy but also find yourself more motivated and ready to embrace the warmer seasons with a spring in your step and confidence.

Each week in August, you'll dive into a well-rounded routine featuring six workouts and a dedicated recovery session. These workouts are strategically placed to ensure you receive a fitness experience that ticks all the boxes: strength, mobility, flexibility, and a subtle yet strong mindset. Whether you're a seasoned Pilates enthusiast or just starting, this program will provide you with the perfect blend of challenges and support. So, get ready to feel the burn, improve your flexibility, and strengthen your body and mind as we prepare to strut into Spring together!

  • Peaches Pilates 13

    Episode 1

    Join Bec for this 30 minute signature Peaches Pilates burn. You'll need your ball and booty band as we focus on the booty and abs.

    Not for pregnancy.

  • Barre Burn 6

    Episode 2

    Join Laura for a spicy Barre Burn workout. Grab your chair and get ready to lengthen and strengthen your body with a strong focus on the legs.

    Pregnancy safe.

  • Lit Lifting

    Episode 3

    Back by popular demand - strength training with Bec. This workout allows you to lift weights of your choice - Bec uses 5kg dumbbells but keeps 3kg close by just incase. This is a great class to revisit time and time again to assess your progress. Ok Peach, let's get strong and sweaty!

  • Core Domination

    Episode 4

    Sarah is back with her speciality - the core and the ball. This 30 minute workout is dedicated entirely to your core. You'll feel the burn in muscles you didn't even know existed as Sarah uses the Pilates ball to strengthen all the muscles in your abs with a strong focus on your obliques - hello ...

  • Cardio Pilates 3

    Episode 5

    Your third Cardio Pilates workout with Milly is a spicy one. This full body burn uses a booty band - not necessary if you don't have one. Get ready to sweat and feel that endorphin hit!

  • Pilates Flow 2

    Episode 6

    Join Tori for another Pilates Flow. This full body workout will give you the ultimate burn and leave you feeling longer and stronger. To spice things up Tori uses two ankle weights. However, this is completely optional.

  • Evening Release

    Episode 7

    Join Milly for a beautiful wind down stretch. She takes you through her favourite stretches to use before bed or even during the day for when you may be feeling a little overwhelmed. Set the mood with a herbal tea, candle or whatever makes you feel zen and remember, recovery is just as important ...
