A bespoke program designed by Peaches Head Trainer Bec - so you can try all of the training techniques Peaches has to offer in one challenge.

We have ensured these daily workouts create the perfect synergy for your body AND your mind.

Within this program, you will be challenged by workouts you might usually skip, you will have scheduled stretch and restorative classes so you ACTUALLY do them, and we will be tasking you with prioritising 15-30 minutes everyday, for 21 days, for YOU!

So, take a big breath and let's do this. Remember that if you miss a day of the challenge there's no need to freak out, drink a bottle of wine and down 5 magnum egos - just pick back up where you left off, and know we're right here waiting for you when you're ready to HIT PLAY!
