This September, it’s time to Sculpt & Strengthen. Over four weeks, we’re giving you a body focused program that marries the best of Pilates with strength training. Think of it as your ultimate refresh for Spring.

Across four weeks, you’ll train six days a week with a mix of body focused Pilates classes that tone and refine, paired with strength sessions that build serious power. We're talking sculpted waistlines, stronger glutes, toned arms, and a total-body routine designed to leave you feeling leaner, stronger, more mobile and confident.

Whether you’re building strength, refining your form, or just ready to feel good in your skin again, this is your guide to get there.
