Most of the moves in these recordings should feel right for you, and not irritate your pelvis; but should an exercise be triggering for YOUR body, please listen to it, and simply skip or adjust as needed. These classes are provided as a simple guide, not a bible - every body - or should we say pelvis - will be different.
