Welcome to March Mattness where you'll be "Made On The Mat." We strip it back,and remind you of the power of Pilates - but not just any Pilates… Peaches Pilates.
This will be your humble reminder that there is nowhere to hide on the mat. No fancy machines, no complicated choreography - just you, your mat, and that signature Peaches burn that’ll have you questioning all your life choices.

We’re keeping things spicy by switching up the focus each week using all of our favourite Pilates equipment:

WEEK 1: Equipment Free, Just You & Your Bodyweight
Bec has hand-picked workouts designed to humble you with your own body weight. Think you need equipment to feel your body work hard? Think again. This week is all about mastering control, precision, and body awareness - and yes, you will be shaking.

WEEK 2: The Pilates Ball
That light as a feather squishy ball? It’s about to become your bestie and your worst enemy all at once. Get ready for deep core activation, inner thigh trembles, and a serious wake-up call for that booty.

WEEK 3: Sliders
Slide, shake, repeat. These little devil discs will have your abs, legs, and arms fighting for their lives - all while working on control, stability, and that slow, juicy burn. Did we mention that this might also be your sweatiest week?

WEEK 4: Booty Band & Ankle Weights
Peachies it’s time to turn it up. Your final week is dedicated to Founder Tori as we'll be using her two favourite Pilates tools - the booty band and ankle weights. Week four is all about resistance and we guarantee your glutes, legs, and core are going to love/hate this one, but trust us - you’ll be feeling stronger than ever.

Get ready to level up, push through the shakes, and remind yourself that everything you need is already on the mat.

  • Total Ball Burner

    Episode 1

    Who knew an air filled ball could challenge you so much? This 30 minute Pilates workout with Sarah will work you top to toe. You'll find moves in here that will physically and mentally challenge - a fantastic workout to revisit time and time again to check in with your progress.

  • Just The Essentials

    Episode 2

    Join Tori for Just The Essentials - a ball focussed workout dedicated to her 'essentials': the waist, booty and abs of course!

  • All Out Abs

    Episode 3

    Laura has another core class for you, and we just know you're going to love this deep burn. Pilates ball optional - next day sore abs, unavoidable!

  • What A Waist

    Episode 4

    This workout is dedicated to your waist! Grab your Pilates ball - it can still be done without one - and join Bec for a 25 minute Peaches style burn. Get ready to work your core, obliques and target all the muscles that shape, tone and strengthen your "Pilates corset"!

  • Holiday Pilates

    Episode 5

    Laura uses her favourite pieces of equipment - the Pilates Ball - to give you the ultimate full body burn. This 30 minute workout is a spicy one that will challenge you both physically and mentally!

  • Express Barre Burn

    Episode 6

    This is the energy fix - or kick up the butt - that you need on those days when you simply feel MEH! Join Tori for an express barre burn using the Pilates ball. You can use a chair, railing or kitchen bench as a barre ;)
