4 Seasons

This month we have programmed your weeks for you to experience a typical week as a Peaches studio member but from the comfort of your home.
Each week includes 5 classes, plus a dedicated stretch and mobility sessions to keep you at your best.

Monday: Peaches Pilates signature class
Tuesday: Power because we don't compromise on strength
Wednesday: Core-focused session
Thursday: Cardio for an endorphin hit
Friday: Another Peaches Pilates burn
Saturday & Sunday: Recovery class and rest day

Changes in your workout schedule are totally okay! Try and aim for at least four workout sessions and one recovery session each week and we promise you'll feel stronger and more energised in both your body and mind! Ready? Let's go!

  • Booty & Waist Challenge

    Episode 1

    Join Tori for a classic Peaches style express workout - targeting the Toosh and your Pilates Corset. Up for a challenge? Strap on an ankle weight or throw on a booty band!

  • Barre Strength

    Episode 2

    Join Laura for a 30 minute Barre class that has a strong focus on the legs, arms and core. We suggest 1-2kg hand weights for this one. Good news is we don't do "Dancy Barre" classes so co-ordination is not required - have fun and get ready to feel the burn Peach!

  • Core On The Floor

    Episode 3

    All you'll need is your mat for this ab workout. Milly takes you through two series focusing on the core, getting your heart rate up as well as lengthening and strengthening your body. Happy training ;)

  • Boxing Circuit

    Episode 4

    It's time to sweat it out with Bec in this 30 minute Boxing workout. This class is all about keeping it simple so you can just keep moving. It's 30 seconds on the clock for a series of exercises that will make your arms cry and the rest of your body burn. Happy boxing Peach!

  • Posture Please

    Episode 5

    Let's perfect that posture AND get a good ol' Peaches Pilates workout in at the same time. Join Bec for a 30 minute workout using 1kg hand weights and a booty band as she guides you through a series of exercises to strengthen your posture which means also focusing on your booty, abs and arms.   • Feel Good Stretch

    Episode 6

    Join Laura for a 20 minute stretch you need in your life. This class focus' on releasing your glutes, hips and waist - the Peachy areas. Recovery is a crucial part of your exercise routine so add this to your favourites and thank us later.
