This month’s challenge is all about building momentum, feeling strong, and bringing the spice to your workouts - because you know we don’t do boring here at Peaches.

Here’s what’s in store for you this month:
FIVE workouts a week to keep you moving, plus 1 recovery session to help you reset and recharge.
FOUR brand new workouts with Sophie that you don't want to miss!

Just like every month, Peaches is all about no pressure, no perfection - only progress, one satisfying workout at a time.

We’re here to cheer you on every step of the way. So grab your mat, fire up and let’s make February the month you feel unstoppable!

  • Soph Get's Peachy

    Episode 1

    Ain’t no booty burn like a Peachy burn! Sophie takes you through a 40-minute Pilates class packed with all our favourite glute - sculpting moves. No equipment needed - just your mat and good vibes. Trust us, you’ll be feeling this one in all the right places - and thanking us later!

  • Barre Strength

    Episode 2

    Join Laura for a 30 minute Barre class that has a strong focus on the legs, arms and core. We suggest 1-2kg hand weights for this one. Good news is we don't do "Dancy Barre" classes so co-ordination is not required - have fun and get ready to feel the burn Peach!

  • Booty x Abs

    Episode 3

    Grab your booty band and get ready to feel a classic Peaches Pilates burn!
    Milly spends 25 minutes on the mat with you focusing on your glutes and abs - enjoy Peach!

  • Christmas Cardio

    Episode 4

    Get ready to sweat Peach! Our newest instructor Sarah brings the heat with this 30 minute cardio workout that targets the whole body. Feel the burn, increase your heart rate and get ready for our bestie "endorphins" to make you feel sooooo good after! No equipment necessary.

  • Power-FULL Body Pilates

    Episode 5

    This 30 minute Power Pilates full body workout that integrates some tradition Pilates moves with exercises you would see and do the gym. Today Bec is using 3kg dumbbells but she recommends a range of 2-5kg depending on your level and grab your booty band if you have one. Enjoy Peach!

  • Evening Release

    Episode 6

    Join Milly for a beautiful wind down stretch. She takes you through her favourite stretches to use before bed or even during the day for when you may be feeling a little overwhelmed. Set the mood with a herbal tea, candle or whatever makes you feel zen and remember, recovery is just as important ...
