We are so excited to keep you moving, grooving, and feeling amazing all December long! This challenge is your secret weapon to staying consistent without adding stress to your holidays.

With a mix of 2 x Pilates, 2 x Strength, and 1 x Recovery Stretch, this program is balanced, efficient, and completely doable - even when life gets busy. Each workout is around 30 minutes, giving you everything you need to stay on track while keeping it fun and light.

    Episode 1

    Laura’s got your booty covered! This class is all about targeting and toning the glutes with moves that promise to burn in the best way. Using light dumbbells, you’ll elevate your typical Pilates booty workout with extra resistance, making it so effective. Get ready to sleigh that Peach!

  • Pilates To Feel Good

    Episode 2

    Join Milly for Pilates to Feel Good. A 30 minute full body workout with no equipment needed. This beautiful flow will focus on your booty, legs and abs. No doubt you'll finish with a smile on your face and a spring in your step.

    Join Tori for a workout that she has designed to challenge your balance - AKA your core strength. You'll find all of our favourite Peaches Pilates moves using the foam roller to spice things up in this full body class.
