Meet Phoebe - a Peaches Pilates instructor with a calm, grounded energy that instantly puts you at ease. As a certified meditation and breathwork facilitator, she brings a beautiful balance of strength and softness to every class. Whether she’s guiding you through a spicy Pilates burner or helping you reconnect through breath and mindfulness, Phoebe creates space for you to move with intention and care. She’s also part of the HQ team here at Peaches, so when she’s not teaching, she’s busy supporting our community behind the scenes.
