Her Pilates classes focus on a controlled burn while her stretch and breath sessions literally make you feel like you've come up for air.
After years of trying other training styles that led to burnout, Phoebe found Pilates and never looked back. It was the first time the movement felt strong and actually sustainable - using that experience really shapes how she delivers her classes. Clients across our Sydney studios often finish their sessions saying they feel calm, grounded, and occasionally like they’re floating.
