What is the Four Weeks Of Peaches Challenge?
This challenge is our way of showing you that you don’t have to over train or only use high impact methods in your workouts to get results! Or as we like to say at Peaches - “You don’t have to do crazy sh!t to look good!

Your workout calendar for this challenge mimics a typical week at a Peaches studio. Get ready to experience a complete timetable of classes that include variety - because we believe that balance is key to delivering the best results. You'll experience all of the four types of exercise - strength, endurance, cardio and flexibility

What you'll need:
This challenge includes equipment free workouts, as well as classes that include equipment. The Pilates tools we use can be found in our shop. The "Travel Pack" includes our favourite Pilates accessories - Pilates ball, sliding discs, booty band and theraband - they can also be purchased individually. We also love to use dumbbells in our workouts - 1kg, 3kg and 5kg, give or take - these can easily be substituted with household items like tins of beans, water bottles and wine bottles.

  • Boxing x Strength

    Episode 1

    This 25 minute boxing workout combines the cardio that comes from boxing and some strength exercises to make sure you get a workout that ticks all boxes. Grab your hand weights and get ready to sweat and to feel a burn in your arms, abs and legs!!

  • Most Loved Live - Pilates with Tori

    Episode 2

    This equipment free workout with Tori focus' on strengthening the muscles required for a strong posture. This 35 minute class works the booty, waist and your posterior chain.

  • Pilates x Abs

    Episode 3

    Join Milly for a 40 minute Pilates workout that will lengthen and strengthen you. You'll focus on the core and get treated to an ab burn - you'll need your sliding discs.

  • Abs Blast 9 Express

    Episode 4

    Laura uses the Pilates ball for this 15 minute abs blast workout. Get ready to feel the burn and work the entire core.

  • Power Circuit 3

    Episode 5

    Join Tori for this lower body circuit - using 10kg, 2 x 5kg dumbbells. Perfect for gym lovers and those who enjoy resistance training. If you don't have anything to step up on, we provide an option to lunge instead.

  • Cardio Pilates

    Episode 6

    This 40 minute cardio Pilates workout is filled with lengthening and strengthening moves. You will be sweating in no time with this full body workout focusing on using Pilates moves at a faster pace.
