What is the Four Weeks Of Peaches Challenge?
This challenge is our way of showing you that you don’t have to over train or only use high impact methods in your workouts to get results! Or as we like to say at Peaches - “You don’t have to do crazy sh!t to look good!

Your workout calendar for this challenge mimics a typical week at a Peaches studio. Get ready to experience a complete timetable of classes that include variety - because we believe that balance is key to delivering the best results. You'll experience all of the four types of exercise - strength, endurance, cardio and flexibility

What's included?

What you'll need:
This challenge includes equipment free workouts, as well as classes that include equipment. The Pilates tools we use can be found in our shop. The "Travel Pack" includes our favourite Pilates accessories - Pilates ball, sliding discs, booty band and theraband - they can also be purchased individually. We also love to use dumbbells in our workouts - 1kg, 3kg and 5kg, give or take - these can easily be substituted with household items like tins of beans, water bottles and wine bottles.

  • Booty & Waist Challenge

    Episode 1

    Join Tori for a classic Peaches style express workout - targeting the Toosh and your Pilates Corset. Up for a challenge? Strap on an ankle weight or throw on a booty band!

  • Boxing Chipper 1

    Episode 2

    Bec brings you a chipper workout - boxing style! Broken up into two components of strength and cardio, repeated twice - all we can say, is get ready to feel the burn and see the sweat. A full body workout using 1kg hand weights and sliding discs (optional). Have fun Peach!

  • Peaches Pilates 10

    Episode 3

    Milly takes you through 30 minutes signature total body toning Peaches Pilates class. You'll use a thera band and feel the burn from top to toe. This workout focus' EVERYTHING - booty, abs, waist and upper body.

  • Power Pilates 9

    Episode 4

    Join Bec for this 40 minute Power Pilates class. Grab your dumbbells out and get ready to work the entire body with a strong focus on the arms.

  • Abs Blast 7

    Episode 5

    Join Laura for a 35 minute KILLER BURN. No equipment needed - just you, your abs, and your mental ability to get through ;)

  • Long Lean Legs 3

    Episode 6

    Get ready to feel the burn with Bec in her speciality workout - Long Lean Legs. There is not a muscle in the legs that is missed in this killer burn - say hello to your quads, hamstrings, inner thighs, calves and booty of course. Grab your ball and let's get Peachy!

  • Lower Body Release

    Episode 7

    Welcome to a beautiful lower body release class that your body will thank you for. During the class you will open up through the hips, release the glutes and work on mobility. Some days this is the only kind of movement our body desires. Enjoy Peach!
