6 Seasons

We've created a 6 week program tailored to the silly season. You know we're always banging on about balance here at Peaches and this is the perfect time of year for it.
Eat all the food and drink all the drinks but keep yourself feeling great with some Peachy movement and our guide to surviving the festive season.

The challenge includes:
- Brand new workouts and recipes
- Daily calendar
- Our usual amazing community support
- Daily checklist to FFA (feel f**king awesome).

What you'll need:
This challenge includes equipment free workouts, as well as classes that include equipment. The Pilates tools we use can be found in our shop. The "Travel Pack" includes our favourite Pilates accessories - Pilates ball, sliding discs, booty band and theraband - they can also be purchased individually. We also love to use dumbbells in our workouts - 1kg, 3kg and 5kg, give or take - these can easily be substituted with household items like tins of beans, water bottles and wine bottles.

  • Barre Burn 3

    Episode 1

    A signature Laura Barre Burn - get ready for those legs to shake - all you need is a chair!

  • Boxing Shred

    Episode 2

    Bec’s specialty class - Boxing Sweat! See why B’s boxing classes are so loved in our Sydney studios. This is a cardio based workout, using 1kg dumbbells. Get ready for high reps and a sweaty finisher!

  • Booty Camp 6 (ankle weights optional)

    A booty focussed workout by Tori using 2kg ankle weights... uh oh.

  • Foam Roller Challenge

    Episode 4

    Join Tori for a workout that she has designed to challenge your balance - AKA your core strength. You'll find all of our favourite Peaches Pilates moves using the foam roller to spice things up in this full body class.

  • Most Loved Live With Milly - Pilates X Abs 04/06

    Episode 5

    This 30 minute, equipment free Pilates style workout really focus' on the core. Our live recordings have been kept because we filmed so many amazing workouts that you most probably have never tried. So enjoy this spicy workout with Milly and get ready to feel the burn

    Let’s stretch! Give your body some love in this quick release class. Designed to nurture upper back, as well as open up through the hips, and the glutes - to leave you feeling just PEACHY!
