This October we are bringing you... Slide, Squeeze, Sweat - The Props Challenge. We're talking four weeks of targeted, intentional training that takes the Peaches Method and shows you how your Pilates tools can really add to a little extra resistance, balance and intensity.

Expect the usual blend of Pilates, Strength, Cardio and Power Pilates sessions that use props to bring the best out of your workout and your body. Every single class in this program is chosen for a reason - to help you build strength, improve mobility and give you all the Peachy vibes you're looking for. Whether you're squeezing a ball between your thighs, sliding into a lunge or pulsing through a booty band series, you'll be humbly reminded that simple doesn't mean easy.

Weekly Training Guide:
Day One: Lower Body Strength (Booty Band + DB)
Day Two - Core/Waist (Pilates Ball/Sliders)
Day Three - Upper Body Strength (Booty Band + Dumbbells)
Day Four - Lower Body Pilates (Sliders/Ankle weights)
Day Five - Full Body Power Pilates (Ball/Band)
Day Six - Recover & Mobility (Ball/Sliders/Equipment Free)
