Welcome to your four-week Peachy challenge! This month, we’re focusing on building strength, improving mobility, and getting that signature Peaches burn in all the right places.
What to expect:
- 5 workouts per week blending Strength, Pilates, and Mobility
- Workouts are 15–30 minutes
- 1 recovery class each week to help you reset and stay moving well
- 6 brand new workouts from your favourite Byron Bay trainers - Laura, Alberto & Sophie
- Body focus: core, booty, and arms - because we love a sculpted Peach and strong posture!
