You will need a Pilates Ball - if you don't have one, roll a sweat towel or tea towel.
You will need a pair of 1kg hand weights - if you don't have any then grab two tins from the pantry.
Equipment free - however I used an ankle-weight for the EXTRA Peachy burn!
Today we used a Pilates ball - you could use a folded towel instead!
Today we used two 1kg dumbbells - you can use tins from the pantry instead or just use body weight. If you have ankle weights at home there will be an opportunity to use them too!
