  • Booty Band Sweat Sesh

    Episode 1

    Sarah spices up a cardio workout by adding a booty band. This 30 minute sweat sesh will work you from top to toe, rewarding you with a big dose of endorphins to finish. Happy sweating Peach!

    Episode 2

    Sarah is back with her speciality - the core and the ball. This 30 minute workout is dedicated entirely to your core. You'll feel the burn in muscles you didn't even know existed as Sarah uses the Pilates ball to strengthen all the muscles in your abs with a strong focus on your obliques - hello ...

  • Sweat At The Barre

    Episode 3

    Who knew you could sweat so much in 20 minutes. Laura guides you through a high intensity, low impact Barre workout using 1kg hand weights. You'll use the barre/chair to focus on your legs and then speed things up a bit with some cardio moves. Enjoy the sweat Peach, your endorphins await you!

  • Boxing Chipper 1

    Episode 4

    Bec brings you a chipper workout - boxing style! Broken up into two components of strength and cardio, repeated twice - all we can say, is get ready to feel the burn and see the sweat. A full body workout using 1kg hand weights and sliding discs (optional). Have fun Peach!

  • Posture Hero 5

    Episode 5

    Another Posture Hero class with Tori. Designed to release your upper back and give your core and booty a burn. A restorative class, on the gentler side - great for after long periods of sitting - such as a flight or a day at the office.

  • Silly Season Stretch

    Episode 6

    The next 20 minutes are dedicated to releasing your upper back. Laura will guide through some of her favourite stretches she uses to to open the chest, upper back and shoulders - you're welcome!
