This four week program is here to take the guesswork out of your workouts and keep you showing up. You'll find six workouts each week, thoughtfully programmed with a mix of strength, Pilates, body focus classes and even a little cardio - basically, everything your body needs to feel strong and energised.
Think of it as your Peaches studio schedule, just online. These classes are selected for a reason, so all you need to do is press play and get moving. You can follow it start to finish, dip in when life gets busy or use it as your go-to weekly structure. Go get em Peach!

  • Lower Body Loaded

    Episode 1

    This 45 minute lower body strength session follows an A/B style circuit with 4 stations, 10 reps and 3 rounds to really challenge your legs and glutes. Bec uses 8kg dumbbells as a guide and encourages you to slowly build your load over time as your strength improves.

  • Arm & Core Sculpt

    Episode 2

    Join Laura for a 30 minute, classic Peaches Pilates class that marries arm work with deep core engagement using light hand-weights. You'll move through hinges and side oblique work that will make you feel like you are tightening your corset right there.

  • Peaches Strength - Total Body with Sophie

    Episode 5

    Get acquainted with your new trainer Soph with this epic total body workout! If you have the luxury of different weights get yourself a few to choose from - 2 - 5kg is great.

  • Feel Good Stretch

    Episode 6

    Join Laura for a 20 minute stretch you need in your life. This class focus' on releasing your glutes, hips and waist - the Peachy areas. Recovery is a crucial part of your exercise routine so add this to your favourites and thank us later.
