  • Peaches Pilates 1

    Our trademark 30 minute workout for the whole body, using the Peaches method. If you thought Pilates was either too easy or boring - think again! Lengthen & strengthen your body, and use muscles you had NO idea you had.

    No equipment needed

  • Toned Arms 1

    An upper body workout designed to sculpt your arms and chest! Using the resistance band coupled with unique Pilates movements, you’ll be ready to drop after this short but sharp workout.

    You will need: 1.5m Resistance Band

  • Booty Camp 2

    A very un-dancey barre inspired workout you can do from home! Grab a chair and get moving - designed for super fast results in toning your lower body - especially the PEACH! Be ready to shake!

    You will need: A chair or bench

  • Boxing Sweat

    Bec’s specialty class - Boxing Sweat! See why B’s boxing classes are so loved in our Sydney studios. This is a cardio based workout, using 1kg dumbbells. Get ready for high reps and a sweaty finisher!

  • Long Lean Legs

    Bec’s favourite collection of leg toning exercises. Create long, lean muscles using Pilates extension methods - where you can tone without bulking! Using the sliding discs to maximise your range of movement.

  • Abs Blast 3

    Target your core and get that deep burn you’ve come to love.

    You will need: 3kg dumbbell

  • Peaches Pilates 2

    Round two of our signature Pilates class. 30 minutes of Total Body Toning, using a Pilates ball for an extra kick. Designed to work you top to toe and leave you feeling freakin’ amazing.

  • Power Pilates 1

    Join Tori for her favourite class - resistance Pilates using a dumbbell! Tone your body top to toe in this class, which uses a 3kg dumbbell. As always - Tori has a special focus on the booty and the waist!

    You will need: 3kg dumbbell, or weight of your choice

  • Boxing Abs

    Join Bec for a boxing sesh - with a special focus on the core. Get your combos popping, and then burn on the mat with a signature Abs series!

    You will need: 1kg dumbbells

  • Power Circuit

    Join Bec for her circuit workout - using a pair of 3kg dumbbells. This class works the entire body - with a special focus on toned arm and legs. Below are the exercises for you to screenshot and use anytime, anywhere.

  • Pilates Corset

    One of Tori’s absolute favourite areas of the body to work on - the WAIST! Forget ‘waist trainers’ - a fad that actually encourages your core to switch OFF - and say hello to the Peaches Corset method. Created to nip your waistline in for sexy curves.

    Tori is back with another round of Power Pilates - using a dumbbell. We recommend a 3kg weight - but feel free to go higher to increase the burn - or lower, if you’re new to resistance. Get ready to work!
