Forget the whole “new year, new me” thing - this January, it’s all about staying peachy and turning up for YOU, one workout at a time. You made it through the December madness and now it’s time to hit reset, ease into the year, and build steady momentum.

At Peaches, we’re firm believers that the new year doesn’t really start until February which means January is all about keeping things realistic and enjoyable. With four workouts a week plus one recovery session, we’ve got you covered to keep moving and grooving at a pace that feels good.
