What is the Focus Challenge?
In this challenge we are theming each week, focusing on either a muscle group or training type. Each week will involve six workouts including a mobility or stretch class that will compliment your weekly program. We believe variety is key - by breaking up the weeks, you will experience the different ways our workouts can challenge your body - get ready for the full Peaches experience!

What's included?
- A daily calendar to tick off your workouts as you go and keep you accountable
- Brand new workouts each week
- Information sheets on the physical and health benefits for each focus.
- Two Facebook lives with Head Trainer Bec:
1. Challenge breakdown and Q&A followed by a 30 minute workout .
2. Bec chats about how to step outside of your comfort zone with
training and how it will increase your level of performance in
other aspects of your life.

What you'll need:
This challenge includes equipment free workouts, as well as classes that include equipment. The Pilates tools we use can be found in our shop. The "Travel Pack" includes our favourite Pilates accessories - Pilates ball, sliding discs, booty band and theraband - they can also be purchased individually. We also love to use dumbbells in our workouts - 1kg, 3kg and 5kg, give or take - these can easily be substituted with household items like tins of beans, water bottles and wine bottles.

  • Arms x Abs

    Episode 1

    If you know Bec, you'll know she loves working the upper body and core and this workout does just that. Grab your thera band and get ready to feel the burn in the abs and arms - but also focus on the important muscles in the upper back that strengthen your posture.

  • Peaches Pilates 14

    Episode 2

    Join Milly for a total body toning Pilates workout. You'll spend 25 minutes lengthening and strengthening your muscles with a focus on the core and booty.
    - Not for pregnancy

  • Power Circuit 4

    Episode 3

    Get ready for an arm burn that will hang around for days. This Power circuit with Bec focus' on the upper body. Bec uses 2 x 5kg weights but you can go up or down depending on your preference.
    - Pregnancy safe.
    1. Chest press with bridges
    2. Pilates push-ups
    3. Bicep curls
    4. Tricep extensions

  • Abs Express

    Episode 4

    Fifteen minutes with Milly is all you're going to need to really feel this ab burn. No equipment require. A perfect workout before or after a walk or run.

  • Morning Mobility

    Episode 5

    A beautiful way to start the day or warm up before a more serious session. Add this to your faves!

  • Abs Blast 8 (Dumbbell Optional)

    Episode 6

    Be ready for an express Abs Blast with Milly. Burn out those abs using a 3kg dumbbell - if you dare! Can also be done entirely equipment free!

  • Posture Hero 1

    Episode 7

    Tori’s gift to all the office workers out there - or ANYONE who suffers with back pain. A special focus on your trapezius - the muscle responsible for moving, rotating, and stabilising the shoulder blades and extending the head at the neck.
