Join Carla for a restorative Yin class, designed for day 2 of your cycle - or for whenever you're in need of some extra TLC and perhaps pain relief. A beautiful addition to this class is a warm heat back, or even the firm, comforting weight of something like an ankle weight.

Another Posture Hero class with Tori. Designed to release your upper back and give your core and booty a burn. A restorative class, on the gentler side - great for after long periods of sitting - such as a flight or a day at the office.
