FOUR brand new workouts with Sophie that you don't want to miss!

  • Single DB Burn Soph

    Episode 1

    One dumbbell, all the burn! This 35-minute strength session with Sophie targets your arms, legs, booty, and obliques, proving you don’t need a full gym to feel the fire. Get ready to sculpt, strengthen, and sweat - because sometimes, less is more!

  • Waist & Booty Challenge 2

    Episode 2

    Get ready to literally feel your waist strengthen with this Pilates style workout. Join Bec (and Hux) as she marries the booty and waist during this Peachy burn. No equipment necessary - however, if you really want to spice things up you can add ankle weights.

  • Cardio Pilates

    Episode 3

    This 40 minute cardio Pilates workout is filled with lengthening and strengthening moves. You will be sweating in no time with this full body workout focusing on using Pilates moves at a faster pace.

  • Total Body with Alberto

    Episode 4

    Work your body top to toe with Alberto in this 30 minute, equipment free class. Pregnancy friendly - but never sweat free!

  • Peaches Strength - Rotation Station with Laura

    Episode 5

    Join us for a studio style Peaches Strength class! In this session, Laura has a focus on rotational movements to improve your mobility and challenge those abs! Opt for 3kgs or higher and if you have a Pilates ball grab one.

  • Stretch & Meditation

    Episode 6

    Mia treats you to a beautiful stretch and meditation. This 25 minute class is for when you're feeling called to slow down and pause. It's time to give back to your mind and body with this beautiful body release followed by a guided meditation that will bring you back to centre and fill up your cu...
