This four week program is here to take the guesswork out of your workouts and keep you showing up. You’ll find six workouts each week, thoughtfully programmed with a mix of strength, Pilates, body focus classes and even a little cardio - basically, everything your body needs to feel strong and energised.
Think of it as your Peaches studio schedule, just online. These classes are selected for a reason, so all you need to do is press play and get moving. You can follow it start to finish, dip in when life gets busy or use it as your go-to weekly structure. Go get em Peach!
