Get ready - our April Challenge is almost here, and it’s all about feeling GOOD. Peaches is more than just exercise - it’s a way of life, a total vibe. And while our online fam might miss out on the in-studio energy, we’re bringing those feel good vibes straight to your screen.

Our Head trainer Bec has handpicked classes that will make you feel like you’re right here with us - sweating, laughing, and feeling that delicious Peachy burn. This fully-rounded program focuses on strength, mobility, and those deep muscle activations. Expect to feel strong, balanced, and absolutely glowing.

This month is about celebrating your incredible body - because you CAN move it, you CAN make it stronger, and that’s something to be grateful for every single day.

And while we love a holistic approach, we also know how damn good progress feels. Each week, classes strategically level up - so don't hold back from grabbing those heavier weights, strapping on those ankle weights when it says "optional", and push yourself a little past your comfort zone.

PLUS - we’re beyond excited to bring you FIVE brand new workouts from OG Peach, Mia! She started as an in-studio member before becoming an instructor, so if anyone knows how to bring that signature Peaches energy, it’s her. Get ready for some absolute fire in these new classes.
